Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make collection calls to customers for overdue payments.
  • Follow up on pending dues and ensure timely recovery.
  • Handle customer queries and negotiate payment commitments.
  • Maintain collection records and follow up on promised payments.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in collections or telecalling.
  • Experience in Payday Loans or Bullet Loans is preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
