Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding loan products.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and basic terms clearly.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and messages.
  • Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team for customer applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service.
