In-hand Salary: Up to ₹26,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, grievance management, and escalated cases, including C-level escalations.
• Investigate customer grievances and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Manage complex customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complaints within defined TAT.
• Handle dissatisfied customers professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of complaints, escalations, and actions taken.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Experience in grievance management, complaint handling, or escalation management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive and high-priority customer complaints.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining customer records.
