Job Description
Candidate Profile
- Graduate
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial spare parts / compressor / aftermarket sales.
- Experience with air compressors, rotary screw compressors or industrial equipment will be preferred.
- Candidates having experience with Ingersoll Rand, Atlas Copco, ELGi, Kaeser, Kirloskar, Gardner Denver, CompAir or similar industrial equipment will have an advantage.
- Good understanding of compressor spare parts and maintenance requirements.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be comfortable with customer visits and travelling within the assigned territory.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive and capable of independently managing customer follow-ups.
