Job Description
-Manage and maintain customer relationships and customer databases.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers and support customer retention.
- Prepare CRM reports and track customer-related activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improving service quality.
- Update customer information and ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
