Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and patient Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving issues, answering queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via call, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex technical or operational issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the system.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through clear communication.
