Job Description
Customer Care Executive – Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company SOPs, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/tickets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Meet assigned KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets.
- Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.
