Job Description
Customer Care Executive – Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Handle customer calls and assist them with their queries and requests.
- Understand customer problems and provide suitable solutions in a polite manner.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company policies clearly to customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Update customer information and call details accurately in the CRM/system.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or supervisor when required.
- Maintain professional communication and follow proper call-handling procedures.
- Achieve assigned performance targets while maintaining good service quality.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain good customer satisfaction.
