Inbound Customer Care Executive – Roles & Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve customer queries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
  • Generate revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve sales, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues when required.
  • Follow company SOPs, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotional campaigns.
