✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

✅ Manage the complete process from lead generation to disbursement.

✅ Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Internal Teams for faster loan processing.

✅ Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

✅ Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.

🎯 We're Looking For✔ 1-5 years of experience in Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, SME Lending, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or DSA sales.

✔ Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills.

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

✔ Local market knowledge and willingness to travel.
