Job Description
Current hiring requirement for an Inbound Voice Process based in Noida 63. Position: Customer Service Associate (Inbound Voice).
Location: Noida , UP
Process: Consumer Durables – Inbound Voice Process
Employment Type: Part-Time
Joining: Immediate
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with product-related queries.
- Register service requests and complaints.
- Provide information on electronic appliances and consumer durable products.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate call records in the system.
Eligibility
- Hindi speakers only.
- Graduate (any discipline).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Customer-focused attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
Shift Details
- Part time shifts – 7am to 11am ,4pm to 8 pm,5pm to 10pm
Salary
- ₹7000 to ₹8000 per month (based on skills and experience)
