Job Description
Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate information regarding TVS products and services.
Assist customers with product-related questions, service information, and general enquiries.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a polite and professional manner.
Provide information about product features, service options, and available offers whenever required.
Follow up with customers to ensure their queries and concerns are resolved.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department for further assistance.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and a customer-focused approach.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth customer service operations.
