Customer Support Executive

Customer Support Executive required for a fabric distribution and made ups manufacturing company. As a customer support executive, you will be responsible for coordinating between the customer, sales, dispatch and production. You will work closely with the customers, production manager and sales team to ensure the timely query resolution for customers and sales team, informing accurate timelines and ensuring that all committed timelines are adhered to, processing order and sample requests received from the customers and sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support
• Receive queries from customer and replying over phone, Whatsapp, and mail.
• Providing proper replies and updates to the customer. Updating stock availability to customer and raising requisitions for out-of-stock items.
• Generating pro form invoices, quotations and sales orders.
• Dispatch samples, and couriers.
• Process orders received and forward the same to dispatch.
• Complete follow up of an order right from receiving of information to dispatch.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with production, purchase and sales teams to understand timelines and updating the customer accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
