Hiring: International Customer Support Executive – Tech Mahindra

Location: Noida Phase 2 (NSEZ)
Designation: Associate Customer Support
Salary: ₹3–5 LPA CTC
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced
Communication: Excellent English (B2/C1 level)
Shift: Rotational, including night shifts
Working Days: 5 days a week
Work Mode: Work From Office
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Interview Mode: Online
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries professionally.
- Provide effective solutions and excellent customer service.
- Maintain quality and performance standards.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willing to work from the Noida office.
- Experienced candidates must have relevant documented work experience.
