Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Data Analyst who can research, collect, clean, analyze, and manage business data for lead generation and market research.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential companies and business opportunities for services such as ISO Certification, BIS/ISI, USFDA, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, BRCGS and other certification/compliance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and collect targeted company/business data from reliable online and public sources.
- Generate potential B2B leads based on industry, location, company type, and certification requirements.
- Collect and organize company names, contact persons, phone numbers, business emails, websites, locations, and other relevant details.
- Clean large Excel/CSV databases and remove duplicate or irrelevant records.
- Validate and improve the quality of email and contact databases.
- Analyze lead, sales, calling, and conversion data.
- Identify industries, locations, and markets with better business potential.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and performance reports.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Use Python/automation tools where required for data processing and repetitive tasks.
- Maintain properly categorized and updated lead databases for the sales/telecalling team.

Candidate Profile
Candidate should have strong analytical and internet research skills and should be comfortable handling large datasets. Experience in B2B lead generation, market research, data analysis or business intelligence will be preferred.
Knowledge of ISO/certification industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
