Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
  • Install and update Windows operating systems and software applications.
  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related problems.
  • Maintain printers, scanners, email accounts, and other office equipment.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and data backups.
  • Maintain IT inventory and records of technical issues.
  • Ensure system security and antivirus protection.
  • Required SkillsBasic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, and printer troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, and networking basics.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Qualification & ExperienceEducation: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage.
