.Should understand working on shiprocket

.Sort and pack outgoing goods

.Verify shipment quantities against invoices

.Coordinate with delivery partners/drivers

.Maintain dispatch records

.Ensure timely handover of packages

.Plan and schedule daily dispatches

.Track and resolve dispatch discrepancies

.Maintain MIS/reports

.Handle customer calls/chats/emails regarding orders and complaints

.Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
