Dispatch Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch of UPS systems, electrical equipment, spare parts, and other materials. The candidate will ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, proper packing, and coordination with internal departments and transporters.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and other required paperwork.
2. Coordinate with the Store, Production, Sales, and Accounts departments for dispatch planning.
3. Verify material quantity, product details, serial numbers, and packing before dispatch.
4. Arrange transportation through couriers and transporters as per delivery requirements.
5. Ensure proper packing, labeling, and safe handling of materials.
6. Maintain dispatch registers, courier receipts, LR/GR copies, and proof of delivery.
7. Update dispatch status and share tracking details with the concerned team.
8. Follow up with transporters regarding delivery status and delays.
9. Maintain records of dispatched materials and pending deliveries.
10. Ensure all dispatches are completed accurately and within the committed timelines.

• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation and transportation procedures.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
• Qualification: Graduate or 12th pass.
• Experience: 1–3 years in dispatch, logistics, or a similar role preferred.
• Experience in electrical equipment, UPS, manufacturing, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
