Cosma Fertility is a growing fertility and reproductive healthcare platform focused on helping patients navigate their fertility journey with the right medical guidance and support.

We are looking for a full-time MBBS Doctor to join our Noida office and become an important part of our patient journey — from the first consultation through appropriate referral and ongoing guidance.

About the RoleThe doctor will conduct free initial video/teleconsultations with patients generated through our digital marketing channels. The role involves understanding the patient's concerns, reviewing their medical history and situation, providing appropriate medical guidance, and determining the right next step for the patient.

The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder with strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a patient-first approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct video consultations with patients who have booked a free consultation through Cosma Fertility.
• Understand the patient's medical history, fertility concerns, symptoms, previous reports, and treatment history.
• Provide appropriate initial medical guidance within the scope of an MBBS doctor.
• Review available medical reports and identify cases requiring further evaluation.
• Guide patients on the appropriate next steps in their fertility journey.
• Refer patients to the appropriate fertility specialist/gynecologist when specialist consultation is required.
• Explain the consultation/treatment journey clearly and answer patients' basic medical queries.
• Follow up and guide patients appropriately throughout the initial stages of their journey.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes and patient records.
• Coordinate with the telecalling and internal medical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Identify situations requiring urgent medical attention and guide patients accordingly.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to applicable medical ethics and telemedicine guidelines.
• Build trust with patients through empathetic, professional, and transparent communication.
• What We Are Looking ForMBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid medical registration with the relevant medical council/authority.
• 0–5 years of clinical experience; experience in fertility, gynecology, reproductive healthcare, or telemedicine will be an advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient counselling abilities.
• Comfortable conducting consultations through video/digital platforms.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Empathetic, responsible, and patient-centric approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with telecallers, specialists, and the operations team.

Compensation & Working HoursSalary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability for the role.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
