Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Marketplace & Platform Management: Handle seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, or Meesho. [1, 2]
- Catalog & Content Operations: Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, pricing, backend attributes, and A+ content. [1, 2]
- Order & Inventory Tracking: Monitor daily order processing, shipments, returns (RTOs), refunds, and stock replenishment to avoid stockouts. [1, 2]
- Advertising & Promotions: Support or manage digital ad campaigns (such as Amazon Ads), deals, and promotional events. [1, 2]
- Data & Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, average order value, sales volume, and account health. [1, 2]
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and finance teams for payments and inventory reconciliation. [1, 2]
