Job Title: Amazon Ads & Listing SpecialistJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Amazon Ads & Listing Specialist to manage and optimize Amazon product listings and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC, keyword research, listing optimization, and sales growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Listing ManagementCreate, optimize, and manage Amazon product listings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
• Improve product content to increase visibility, conversion rate, and organic rankings.
• Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and other catalog-related issues.
• Coordinate product images, A+ Content, storefronts, and other merchandising requirements.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for improving product positioning.
• Regularly audit listings for content quality, keyword indexing, and compliance with Amazon policies.
• Amazon PPC / AdvertisingPlan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including:Sponsored Products
• Sponsored Brands
• Sponsored Display
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-performing search terms.
• Set up campaign structures, budgets, bids, match types, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and sales.
• Analyze search term reports and add relevant keywords to campaigns.
• Manage negative keywords and optimize keyword targeting.
• Identify and reduce wasted ad spend.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target profitability.
• Prepare regular PPC performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Analytics & ReportingTrack sales, advertising performance, organic ranking, conversion rate, and overall account performance.
• Analyze Amazon Business Reports and advertising reports.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Recommend strategies to improve sales, profitability, and product visibility.
• Required Skills & Experience1–3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Strong understanding of Amazon PPC and listing optimization.
• Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Good understanding of ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, impressions, and clicks.
• Experience handling multiple SKUs/products is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience with Amazon FBA/FBM.
• Experience with Amazon marketplaces such as India, US, UK, UAE, or other international markets.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, SellerApp, or similar Amazon research/PPC tools.
