Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for a technically skilled and punctual candidate with practical knowledge of solar street light manufacturing, testing, battery assembly, and troubleshooting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of solar street light manufacturing and assembly
• Handle production, quality checking, and final testing of solar street lights
• Check LiFePO4 battery IR, voltage, capacity, and cell condition
• Perform cell balancing and battery pack testing
• Knowledge of cell soldering, nickel strip welding, wiring, connectors, and BMS
• Check and troubleshoot solar panels, batteries, LED lights, MPPT/PWM controllers, and wiring
• Conduct charging, discharging, and performance testing
• Identify manufacturing defects and provide technical solutions
• Handle client technical complaints and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to the sales team, whenever required
• Be available for urgent technical support / troubleshooting, including 24×7 support when required
• Coordinate with production and sales teams for quick issue resolution
• Maintain proper testing and quality records
• Ensure all work is completed with accuracy, responsibility, and punctuality
• Candidate RequirementsPrior experience in solar street light manufacturing or technical service preferred
• Practical knowledge of LiFePO4 battery packs and cell testing
• Knowledge of IR testing, capacity testing, cell balancing, BMS, soldering/welding and wiring
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues
• Good communication skills for handling clients and sales-team technical queries
• Punctual, responsible and disciplined
• Willingness to provide emergency/after-hours technical support when required

Preferred Experience1–3+ years of relevant experience in solar street lights, lithium battery packs, LED lighting, electronics, or renewable-energy products.
