Job Description
HOME TRY-ON (HTO) FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Role Overview
Visit customers at their homes, perform preliminary eye power checks, and help them select the right frames and lenses while driving sales conversions. ( Bike or scotty compulsory)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Appointments
- Working hours: 8 AM – 8 PM / 10 AM – 10 PM( 9 hrs shift )
- Attend up to 5 appointments daily
- Travel to customer homes using your two-wheeler
Equipment Handling
- Carry company-provided kit bag
- Includes:
* Refraction tools
* Machines
* iPad
* Frames and lenses
Kit weight: 15–20 kg (optimized to 15 kg)
Eye Check & Sales
- Conduct preliminary eye checks
- Recommend suitable frames and lenses
- Convert consultations into sales
Lead Generation
- 60% Company Leads
- 40% Self-Generated Leads
