Field Sales Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing / Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and other client outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with leads and prospects and convert opportunities into business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Support digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and promotional activities.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and business development activities.
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation techniques.
• Comfortable with calling, emailing, and following up with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.
• Candidates from Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi, or nearby areas are preferred.
