Job Description:
• Franchise Acquisition & Sales: Drive end-to-end franchise sales, from lead generation and initial inquiry to deal negotiation and agreement closure.
• Market Mapping & Research: Conduct city profiling, analyze competitor activity, and evaluate geographic territories for new school or center launches.
• Investor Relations & Presentations: Deliver business proposals, financial models, and brand presentations to prospective franchise partners, entrepreneurs, and investors.
• Onboarding & Coordination: Work closely with internal academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless center setup and adherence to brand quality standards.
• Target Achievement: Manage CRM pipelines and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual regional growth and revenue targets.
