Job Description
Business Development:
- Find new leads through calls, emails, Whatsapp and meetings.
- Build good relationships with importers and exporters.
- Send price quotes and negotiate rates with clients.
- Maintain data sheets for Leads and Records.
Operations:
- Book shipments with airlines, shipping lines, and trucking companies.
- Prepare and manage shipping papers like Bills of Lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Track cargo movements and give updates to clients.
- Solve problems with delays or documentation issues quickly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of air, sea, and land freight.
- Good computer skills (MS Office & email).
