Job Description
Cosma is looking for a performance-driven Full Stack Marketer to manage digital marketing, lead generation, brand building, and customer acquisition for our healthcare and fertility care business.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, SEO, and lead-generation activities.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve customer acquisition and conversions.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Coordinate with doctors, content creators, and designers to develop marketing content.
- Manage Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Improve landing pages, website conversions, and customer engagement.
- Develop WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer follow-up strategies.
- Explore influencer marketing, partnerships, and offline marketing channels.
- Prepare regular performance reports and optimize campaigns based on data.
Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels.
- Experience with SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to create and execute marketing strategies independently.
- Healthcare, D2C, or startup experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in WhatsApp marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience managing creators, influencers, and offline marketing partnerships.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.
