Job Description
* Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
* Explain the Commons menu, signature Panuzzo varieties, coffee, matcha, and mocktails.
* Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
* Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
* Prepare hot and cold coffee, espresso-based beverages, matcha, and signature café drinks as per Commons recipes.
* Prepare mocktails and other beverages according to standardized recipes.
* Follow exact measurements, portion sizes, presentation standards, and serving temperatures.
* Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
* Recommend complementary products such as Panuzzo, fries, pasta, and beverages.
* Upsell premium coffee, signature matcha, and add-ons wherever appropriate.
* Inform guests about new launches, combos, and seasonal offerings.
* Contribute to store sales and average order value targets without being pushy.
* Follow Commons’ service standards and operational SOPs.
