🚨 We're Hiring: General Manager / Head of Operations 🚨
📍 Location: Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra & Jewar (UP) | Multi-Unit Restaurant & Food Court Operations
Magic Food Zone / JMD Enterprises is on the lookout for a dynamic, results-driven leader to head operations across our multi-brand portfolio — Bikanervala, Bikano, Barista, Subway, Hotel & Magic Food Zone.
If you've led multi-outlet QSR, restaurant, or hospitality operations and know how to turn numbers, teams, and customer experience into consistent growth — this one's for you.
What you'll own:
✅ End-to-end operations across multiple locations
✅ Sales growth, profitability & operational excellence
✅ SOP, food safety, hygiene & quality compliance
✅ Cost control — food, labour, wastage & KPIs
✅ Team hiring, mentoring & performance management
✅ Audits, MIS reporting & corrective action plans
✅ New outlet launches & expansion support
What we're looking for:
🔹 12+ years in restaurant/QSR/food court/hotel operations
🔹 Proven success managing multiple outlets
🔹 Strong grip on P&L, cost control & inventory
🔹 Sharp leadership and problem-solving ability
🔹 Open to relocating to Mathura & extensive travel across the region
