Job Description
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities
- Assign work areas and schedules to housekeeping team
- Inspect rooms, washrooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness
- Ensure cleaning standards and hygiene protocols are maintained
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices
- Monitor attendance, grooming, and discipline of team members
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies
- Report maintenance issues or repair requirements to concerned department
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Handle guest/client complaints related to housekeeping services
- Prepare daily reports and housekeeping checklists
- Any other tasks that may be part of this role or any other task assigned by management.
