HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter/HR Executive who is well-versed in handling the end-to-end recruitment process.

• 🔹Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• 
  
• Handle bulk hiring for Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, and other sales-related profiles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• 
  
• Source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels and job portals.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely joining.
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• ✅ Key Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR/Recruitment.
• Must have experience in Sales and Telesales hiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate-handling and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and bulk hiring simultaneously.
