Job Description
Experience: 3–6 years in Restaurant / QSR / Hospitality HR
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across outlets.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
- Manage attendance, payroll, leave and employee records.
- Ensure staffing levels are aligned with business requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline and retention.
- Conduct training, induction and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Develop staff incentives and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor attrition and implement measures to improve retention.
- Work closely with Restaurant Managers to maintain a strong, disciplined workforce.
