HR Recruiter

Jyomix is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company in hiring suitable candidates for various positions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate Job Descriptions (JDs).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, documentation, and joining.
• Negotiate salary and coordinate offer-related discussions as required.
• Prepare and share offer letters and joining documents.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly recruitment and joining targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
