Key Responsibilities
* Handle bulk recruitment & candidate sourcing
* Candidate screening & telephonic interviews
* Candidate follow-up & joining coordination
* Achieve daily/monthly hiring targets
* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
Requirements
✅ 6 Months–1 Year experience in bulk hiring
✅ Good communication & convincing skills
✅ Target-oriented approach
