- 📋 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
- ✅ RequirementsMinimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Experience in blue-collar hiring preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Comfortable working from the office in Sector 63, Noida.
