Job Description
- screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate selection.
- Employee Onboarding: Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction, and orientation for new employees.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain employee attendance, working hours, leave records, and punctuality.
- Employee Engagement: Organize team activities, employee recognition programs, competitions, rewards, and initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, coordinate performance reviews, and support managers in achieving team targets.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, resolve workplace concerns, and maintain a professional and disciplined work culture.
- HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, and other HR documents.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize sessions to improve employee skills, productivity, and professional growth.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure employees follow company policies, workplace rules, and applicable employment laws.
- Employee Retention: Work on employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention strategies to reduce attrition.
