Job Description


  • Handle personal loan sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through telecalling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
  • Collect and verify customer KYC and financial documents.
  • Process loan applications and coordinate with credit and operations teams for approval and disbursement.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Update customer and sales information in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets while maintaining good customer service.
