We're hiring Telecallers / Lead Generation Executives for an Australian Health Insurance process.
Your role is to contact existing private health insurance customers in Australia, verify their current policy details, and arrange a callback with licensed health insurance specialists. No hard-core sales or policy closing involved.
✅ Responsibilities
Outbound calling to Australian customers
Verify health insurance details
Arrange qualified callbacks
Update CRM accurately
Meet daily quality & productivity targets
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Good English communication skills
Comfortable with international voice process
Freshers with excellent English can apply
Experience in International BPO will be preferred
