Job Description

  • Prepare and cook a variety of authentic and popular Italian dishes.
  • Handle Italian cooking techniques including pasta cooking, sautéing, grilling, roasting, baking, and simmering.
  • Prepare fresh pasta, pizza, risotto, soups, sauces, and other Italian preparations.
  • Prepare and maintain Italian sauces such as Marinara, Arrabbiata, Alfredo, Pesto, Aglio e Olio, and other house sauces.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
  • Ensure proper mise en place and preparation of ingredients before service.
  • Manage food preparation during peak hours and ensure timely order completion.
  • Monitor the quality and freshness of pasta, cheese, herbs, vegetables, sauces, and other Italian ingredients.
  • Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency across all Italian dishes.
