Job Description
- Generate and follow up on leads for personal, business, home, vehicle, or other loan products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, charges, and repayment terms to customers.
- Collect and verify KYC and other required documents.
- Process loan applications and coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and application records.
- Develop relationships with customers, agents, dealers, and other lead sources.
- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer queries.
