Job Description
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
- Explain loan schemes, interest rates, eligibility criteria, tenure, and repayment terms to customers.
- Collect and verify KYC and other required documents.
- Process loan applications and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, verification, and collection teams.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
- Conduct preliminary customer eligibility checks as per company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-up until loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain customer records and update loan application status.
- Meet assigned sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic loan-related issues.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and referral partners.
