Job Description
1. Manage and record all material inward and outward movements in the ERP system.
2. Enter and verify purchase bills and inward material details.
3. Scan materials and update inventory transactions in the system.
4. Generate sales orders, dispatch orders, invoices, and other dispatch-related documents.
5. Record daily production and job production entries in ERP.
6. Update daily packaging, finished goods, and stock entries.
7. Identify, report, and coordinate the resolution of operational deviations and discrepancies.
8. Consolidate daily operational data and prepare MIS reports for management.
9. Maintain accurate ERP records and ensure timely completion of all operational entries.
