Job Description

  • RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
  • Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, EMI, interest rates)
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan offers (personal, home, business, etc.)
  • Explain loan features such as interest rates, tenure, eligibility, and documentation
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales/loan processing team
  • Follow up with interested customers to complete the loan application
  • Maintain customer database and update call records
  • Handle inbound inquiries about loan services
  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application status updates
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
