Job OverviewWe are looking for a Personal Loan Executive to handle customer queries, generate leads, build client relationships, and assist customers with Personal Loan and OD services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented approach, and the ability to achieve targets.

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to Personal Loans and OD (Overdraft) services.
• Generate leads through calls, references, and other sales channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Explain loan offers, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Guide customers through the complete loan application process.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of banking, loans, or financial products is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, insurance, telecalling, or financial services will be preferred.
