Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident Product Demo Specialist who will conduct professional demonstrations of PT Connect for prospective customers. The candidate will understand the prospect’s business workflow and demonstrate how PT Connect can help manage their teams, sales, communication, projects and day-to-day business operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live PT Connect demos for prospective customers.
- Visit companies/offices when an on-site demonstration is scheduled.
- Conduct remote demos over Google Meet/Zoom when required.
- Understand the prospect's business before starting the demonstration.
- Explain PT Connect features in a simple, business-focused manner.
- Customize the demo according to the prospect—for example, a sales-heavy company should see CRM/lead/telecalling features first.
- Demonstrate mobile app and web/admin functionality.
- Answer functional questions about the product.
- Show real business use cases instead of simply going screen-by-screen.
- Record questions, objections and requested features after every demo.
- Coordinate with the technical team where a prospect needs customization or integration.
- Hand qualified opportunities back to the Sales/BDE team for quotation and closure.
- Keep demo environment, sample accounts and presentation material ready.
- Stay updated whenever a new PT Connect feature is released.
- Help prepare demo videos, tutorials and product walkthroughs.
