Job Description

We are looking for a Production Engineer to manage and improve day-to-day manufacturing operations for LED lighting and electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Manage assembly, soldering, wiring, testing and final inspection processes.
- Coordinate manpower, materials and production schedules.
- Troubleshoot production and basic electrical/electronic issues.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for defects.
- Maintain production records, BOMs, work instructions and process documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, R&D and Quality teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement and reduction of material wastage.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of production tools, equipment and safety procedures.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in electronics, LED lighting, electrical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Basic understanding of electronic components, PCBs, LED drivers, SMPS, soldering and electrical testing.
- Good problem-solving, team coordination and communication skills.
