Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to handle property sales, client relationships, site visits, and deal closures.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with potential property buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Conduct and coordinate site visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update leads in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends.
- Required Skills1+ year experience in Real Estate Sales
