Job Description
Property Consultant – Plots & FarmhousesManara Estates is looking for a confident, customer-focused Property Consultant to help clients explore plots and farmhouses for sale.
- What you’ll doSpeak with prospective clients by phone and message to understand their requirements and budget.
- Promote available plots and farmhouses, share accurate property information, and arrange viewings.
- Follow up with enquiries and maintain clear client records.
- Build relationships with buyers and sellers, support negotiations, and guide clients through the transaction process.
- Work toward individual and team sales targets.
- What we’re looking forStrong communication and customer-service skills.
- Confidence with telecalling, follow-ups, and sales conversations.
- A positive, professional, and presentable approach.
- Good organisation and client-handling skills.
- Property sales or customer-service experience is helpful; knowledge of the local market is a plus.
