* Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month + Incentives
* Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome!)
* Key Role: Lead generation, prospective client follow-ups, arranging site visits, & achieving sales targets.
🔹 2. Team Leader – Sales
* Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 / month + Incentives
* Experience: 3–6 Years (1+ year team handling in real estate preferred)
* Key Role: Lead & mentor sales reps, track pipelines, conduct site visits, & drive team targets.
🔹 3. Sales Manager
* Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 / month + Incentives
* Experience: 5–8 Years (Real Estate Sales)
* Key Role: Manage complete sales team, mentor TLs, handle channel partners & high-value deals.
🔹 4. Sr. Sales Manager
* Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 / month + Incentives
* Experience: 5–8 Years (Real Estate Sales)
* Key Role: Pitch to high-value clients, deliver project presentations, & hit individual sales milestones.
