Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, nurture, and convert potential leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital channels.
  • Property Site Visits: Guide clients through residential or commercial properties, explain project features, and conduct smooth site inspections.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue/sales quotas.
  • Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and external consultants to generate referral business.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Handle price negotiations, draft booking paperwork, explain payment plans, and successfully close real estate deals.
  • Market Research: Keep up to date with local real estate trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and legal compliances like RERA
